The Connolly Cup is the most anticipated commercial real estate tournament in the Washington, DC region.  The tournament is called the Connolly Cup in memory of Peter Connolly, who was an extremely well liked and respected member of the Washington, DC real estate community, as well as an avid golfer. Each year we have over two dozen of the top commercial real estate brokerage firms and development firms in attendance. Through this event, we have raised over $490,000 since 2012 for youth development program growth in Washington, DC, Montgomery County, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
