First Tee Metro Tour

First Tee Metro Tour is a developmental tournament series that is open to First Tee Participants from the Greater Washington, DC, Howard County, Baltimore, and Prince William County Chapters. The participant must be an active First Tee – Greater Washington, DC Participant, at least 9 years of age and at least a Par Level Participant.  Participants must meet the minimum requirements for each tournament.  Click here for more information.

LPGA-USGA Girls Golf

Our Girls Golf program provides girls the opportunity to work on their golf games and meet make some new friends.  Opportunities include play days, clinics, social events, and girls only tournaments.  For more information please visit our LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Page.

PGA Junior League

PGA Junior League Golf is a fun, social and inclusive opportunity for boys and girls ages 9 to 16 to learn and enjoy the game of golf. Much like other recreational league sports, participants wear numbered jerseys and play on teams with their friends. First Tee – Greater Washington, DC hosts multiple teams throughout the year. Team members must be actively involved in Life Skills Experience Classes to be eligible for the teams.

PGA Jr League is a team based golf format that is for beginner to intermediate golfer. Teams of 9 players are split into 2-3 and play a scramble-match play format against the other team.

 Drive, Chip & Putt

A joint initiative founded in 2013 by the Masters Tournament, United States Golf Association and The PGA of America, the Drive, Chip, and Putt Championship is a free nationwide junior golf development competition aimed at growing the game by focusing on the three fundamental skills employed in golf. By tapping the creative and competitive spirit of girls and boys ages 7-15, the Drive, Chip and Putt Championship provides aspiring junior golfers an opportunity to play with their peers in qualifiers around the country. Participants who advance through local, sub-regional and regional qualifying in each age/gender category earn a place in the National Finals, which is conducted at Augusta National Golf Club the Sunday before the Masters Tournament and is broadcast live by Golf Channel.  2020 Qualifying Schedule

Middle Atlantic PGA Junior Golf

For 2019, the MAPGA Junior Golf Tournament Program will have a new Structure. This will allow the program to put on tournaments that better cater to the needs of the Junior Golfers that we serve. The MAPGA will still be putting on the same great tournaments that you are accustomed to, but with a new and improved format. Here are the new memberships and tours. Maryland State Golf Association

Virginia State Golf Association Junior Golf Circut

Since 1904, the VSGA has been dedicated to providing golfers a full range of services for the good of the game and golf in Virginia. Today, the VSGA is comprised of more than 310 member clubs and more than 72,000 VSGA members and VIP cardholders. Washington Metropolitan Golf Association Junior Golf

The Washington Metropolitan Golf Association is comprised of golf courses and clubs within a 60 mile radius of the District of Columbia’s boundaries. Montgomery County Golf Junior Tour

MCG Junior Tour is a tour based out of golf courses within MCG Golf Courses.  The tour is for advanced players and requires all players to shoot a round for 18 holes under 110 and under 60 for 9 hole round.  More information can be found on MCG Junior Golf Tour Website. 

Caddienow

CaddieNow is an on-demand service connecting caddies and golfers at any course.  Participants ages 13 and above have the opportunity to work as a caddie.  For more information please visit the CaddieNow Website.

Black Heritage Junior Golf Challenge Tour

This annual event offers players to compete at 7 golf courses. Enjoy locations such as Timbers at Troy, Turf Valley Resort, National Golf Club and familiar stops at Enterprise and East Potomac Golf Links and much more! Juniors (girls & boys) ages 10-12 (play 9 Holes); 13-14 (play 9 Holes) & 15-18 (play 18 Holes). When you register you can purchase the full tour discounted package or order individual locations.
