REQUESTS FOR REFUND OR TRANSFER

Two of our Nine Core Values are RESPONSIBILITY and PERSEVERANCE.  We believe children learn best by example, and showing up for class is an easy way to practice being responsible and honoring one’s commitments.  If you find your schedule no longer allows your child to attend classes, but they have already been registered and payment has been received, we offer two options:

REQUEST FOR REFUND:

  • Refund timeline is as follows:
    • 100% Refund prior to the start of class
      • March 11 for Spring I
      • May 6 Spring II
      • July 15 for Summer
      • September 9 for Fall
    • 75% Refund if requested during the first 2 WEEKS of classes
    • No refund will be issued after the second week of programming

**Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances, such as participant injury**

  • Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment.  Requests are processed within 5-10 days of the request and will appear on the statement within that time period. A refund receipt will be sent to confirm the refund is being processed,

REQUEST FOR TRANSFER:

  • Transfers may be made up to ONE WEEK prior to the start of classes
    • March 4 for Spring I
    • April 29 for Spring II
    • July 8 for Summer
    • September 2 for Fall
  • After the start of a session, NO transfers are permitted

** The ability to transfer to a class is based on the availability in other classes**
